probably skipped meals, ate junk food
and glided thru your day propelled
on caffeine. This will not work well
for baby.

you become pregnant it is very important
to take care of yourself since your
baby is what you eat, drink &
inhale. The food that you eat builds
the baby’s organs, muscles and
bones. If you smoke, drink, or use
drugs you are sharing them with your
baby. Many of these are dangerous
to the baby in utero.
To
grow a healthy baby & prepare
yourself for the physical demands
of pregnancy, birth & motherhood
you will need to conserve your energy
and minimize stress. Don’t underestimate
the physical & emotional demand
during this time. Since you will be
eating for two & growing a baby.
The process of pregnancy & child
birth are normally
you must provide nurturing for two
thru the entire pregnancy.
Moderate
exercise needs to be included as a
part of your new pregnancy lifestyle,
since exercise increases blood circulation
and thus bring nutrients and oxygen
to the baby’s developing body.
Exercise can also help you prevent
constipation, diminish depression,
& increase your strength to meet
the demand of the pregnancy.
